Curb Spa LLC Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Curb Spa LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality, reliable trash bin cleaning services.
To ensure fairness and efficiency for all customers, please review our refund and cancellation terms below.

1. Service Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service.
We will review your concern and, if appropriate, offer one of the following:

  • A re-cleaning of your trash bin(s) at no additional cost, or

  • A credit applied to your next scheduled cleaning.

We do not automatically issue cash refunds for dissatisfaction unless the service was not performed at all.

2. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment may still be charged in full, as routes and time slots are pre-scheduled.

  • If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to avoid a missed service charge.

Failure to provide access to bins (e.g., bins not curbside, full, or blocked) will also be charged as a completed service.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

  • Bins were not curbside, empty, or accessible at service time

  • Incorrect address or contact information provided

  • Late cancellations or no-shows (within 48 hours)

  • Canceled while technician was already en route

  • Weather delays (service will be rescheduled, not refunded)

  • Stains, discoloration, or damage that cannot be removed due to age or material condition

4. Weather & Equipment Delays

If service is delayed due to extreme weather or equipment issues, we will reschedule your cleaning at no extra charge. Refunds are not issued for rescheduled services.

5. Prepaid or Recurring Plans

  • Customers with weekly, biweekly, or monthly plans may cancel or change their plan before their next billing date.

  • Refunds will not be issued for mid-cycle cancellations or already completed cleanings.

6. Payments & Disputes

All payments are processed securely through our payment platform.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at [yourbusiness@email.com].
We will review your concern promptly.

Chargebacks made without first contacting us may result in suspension of future services.
